Somatic Experiencing (SE™) is more than a therapeutic modality; it is a profound way to connect with your body’s untapped potential. Whether you’re a private client seeking resilience or an SE student pursuing certification, our work focuses on the “unseen fibers” of experience: the nervous system. Through greater internal organization and expanded capacity, we move from survival reactivity toward what I call “grace unfolding” — life with ease, integration, and authentic presence.
Somatic Coaching Sessions
My somatic coaching sessions draw from over a decade of Somatic Experiencing expertise and extend far beyond its fundamentals, weaving in relational dynamics, collective trauma awareness, organicity, and global systems perspectives gained from 25+ years across 35 countries.
Each 45–50 minute session offers a secure, guided space to address your challenges through the body using a “bottom-up” approach—working directly with your nervous system, our innate physiological decision-making center. Our goals:
